Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms apply to use of the Wolftech Group website at wolftechgroups.com.au. Wolftech Group is the public brand of Wolftech Groups Pty Ltd. Project-specific supply and installation arrangements are set out in the accepted quotation or separate agreement.

Website information

We aim to provide useful information about our services and common technology options. Website content is general information and is not a site assessment, a binding quotation or a guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular property. Product features, service availability and project requirements should be confirmed with us before you make a decision.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not automatically book work or create a commitment to proceed. A quotation or project agreement should identify the work, products, inclusions, exclusions, price, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and any validity period. If a site assessment is needed, its arrangements and any applicable charge will be explained before it is booked. We will confirm how a quotation is to be accepted.

Project scope and changes

Work is performed according to the accepted scope and applicable requirements. Equipment, cabling, fabrication, replacement parts, subscriptions and ongoing support are included only where identified in the agreed scope. If additional work or a change is proposed, we will discuss the scope, price and timing implications and seek agreement before proceeding, except where lawful urgent action is reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety issue.

Access and customer information

For agreed site work, customers should provide accurate relevant information, arrange authorised access and tell us about known hazards or restrictions. Work may require consent from a property owner, landlord, body corporate or other authorised party. We will discuss any approval or access issue relevant to the proposed work. Customers should not undertake restricted electrical or cabling work themselves.

Timing and availability

Appointment and completion arrangements are confirmed for each project. Timing may be affected by equipment availability, access, weather, site conditions or third party services. If an agreed arrangement changes, we will communicate the impact and discuss a reasonable next step. Geographic availability and any after-hours service must be confirmed; website references to national growth describe our goal rather than a guarantee of immediate attendance everywhere.

Payments and cancellation

Payment dates, deposits and any agreed progress payments are specified in the accepted quotation or agreement. This website does not impose a standard deposit percentage or cancellation penalty. Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a booking. Any cancellation arrangement must be fair, disclosed and consistent with the agreement and applicable law. Our Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy provides further information and does not limit statutory rights.

Equipment connectivity and ongoing services

Features depend on the chosen equipment, installation, configuration and compatibility. Remote access, cloud recording, mobile data, voice assistants or professional monitoring may require third party accounts, suitable connectivity or separate subscriptions. Any included ongoing service should be confirmed in writing. Security equipment can assist with detection, recording or access management but cannot guarantee that every incident will be prevented or captured.

Consumer rights and warranties

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties and any additional business warranty are separate from statutory consumer guarantees. Where a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedies available depend on the circumstances and the law. Contact us about an issue with products or services supplied by us.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful information and enquiry purposes. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files or interfere with website operation. Website material belonging to us is protected by intellectual property rights. Third party logos and product names belong to their respective owners. You may share links and use material as permitted by law; contact us before reproducing our material for commercial purposes.

External services and website availability

Links and embedded content may lead to third party websites or services with their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those websites. We take reasonable care with our website but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that general information will remain current indefinitely. Any responsibility arising from website use is subject to applicable law; these terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and applications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website, including enquiries, CVs and newsletter subscriptions. A job application is an expression of interest and does not create an employment agreement. Only vacancies currently advertised and confirmed by us should be treated as available roles.

Concerns governing law and changes

Contact us first if you have a concern so we can discuss a resolution. These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Updated website terms apply from publication to future website use; they do not retrospectively change an accepted project agreement without a lawful basis.
