Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy explains how Wolftech Group handles concerns about products and services supplied by Wolftech Groups Pty Ltd. It covers equipment supply, installation and related services, subject to the agreed project scope.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services are subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rights for faulty or unsuitable goods and services are separate from a voluntary change-of-mind request and from manufacturer warranties.

Problems with supplied products

Please contact us if equipment supplied by us is faulty, damaged, unsafe or does not match the agreed description. We may assess the issue to identify an appropriate remedy. The remedy depends on the nature and seriousness of the problem and applicable law. It may include repair, replacement, refund or other compensation. Where the law gives you a choice of remedy, we will respect that choice. We do not require you to deal only with the manufacturer for a statutory remedy.

Problems with services

Please tell us if you believe installation or other agreed work has not been provided with the required care, skill or agreed result. We will review the concern and discuss the appropriate next step. Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may involve rectifying the work, cancellation, a refund or other compensation as required by law. Any assessment of a partial refund must account for the services properly provided and the rights that apply.

How to request help

Email hamza@wolftechgroups.com.au or call 03 7067 3394. Include your name, contact details, invoice or other proof of purchase, site or job reference, a description of the issue and relevant photographs if available. A receipt is useful, but other reasonable evidence of purchase may be accepted. Please do not send passwords, security codes or unnecessary identity documents. We will explain any further information or assessment needed.

Returns and installed equipment

Contact us before returning equipment so we can arrange a suitable process. Do not remove installed electrical or security equipment yourself where that would be unsafe or require qualified work. Original packaging may help protect a return but is not a blanket condition for a statutory remedy. We will explain collection, return or site-assessment arrangements. Costs will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law; we do not automatically charge customers return or assessment fees for a valid consumer guarantee remedy.

Change of mind

A change of mind is different from a product or service failing to meet a consumer guarantee. We do not promise an automatic change-of-mind refund. Please contact us before returning equipment or cancelling work so we can review your request and any agreed terms. Special-order equipment, customised products and work already performed may affect a voluntary arrangement, but do not remove rights for a genuine failure under the law.

Booking changes and cancellation

If you need to postpone or cancel an installation or service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss work already completed, any genuinely committed costs and the agreed booking terms. Any charge or retained deposit must have a lawful basis and must not operate as an undisclosed or unfair penalty. We do not apply a universal cancellation percentage through this policy. If we cannot provide agreed work, we will discuss an appropriate rescheduling or refund arrangement consistent with your rights.

Warranties for sale items and time limits

Manufacturer warranty conditions may provide additional benefits, but do not replace applicable consumer guarantees. Sale items and customised products are not automatically excluded from statutory rights. We do not impose a universal 30-day cutoff for consumer guarantee claims. Please raise an issue promptly so it can be assessed; the rights and timeframes that apply depend on the circumstances.

Refund processing and concerns

Where a refund is agreed or required, we will explain the amount and process it within a reasonable time using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required. Payment providers may take additional time to display the funds. Contact us if you believe a refund has not arrived or if you are dissatisfied with our response. You may also seek assistance from Consumer Affairs Victoria or another relevant consumer body.
