Wolftech Group is the public brand of Wolftech Groups Pty Ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with our website, enquiries, services, recruitment and email updates.

For recruitment, we collect the role you select, your CV, qualifications, work history, portfolio links and any cover note you provide. We may also receive information from you during quotation, booking and service delivery. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or application and avoid sending identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically need it and explain why.
How information is collected
We collect information when you submit a website form, upload a CV, subscribe to updates, contact us by email or telephone, or communicate with us about a project. Our website systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited for operation, security and performance. If we need information from another source, such as a recruitment referee, we will handle that collection appropriately and explain the purpose where required.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess project requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings, provide and support agreed services, keep business records and manage complaints. Recruitment information is used to assess applications and contact applicants about relevant opportunities. Subscription information is used to send the email updates you request. Technical information helps us operate, protect and improve the website. If you choose not to provide information needed for a particular request, we may be unable to complete that request.
Recruitment and CV information
CVs and applications are intended for authorised people involved in recruitment. We do not intentionally publish applicant information or uploaded CVs on the website. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing emails or guarantee employment. If we wish to retain an application for future opportunities beyond the original recruitment purpose, we will explain the arrangement and seek permission where appropriate. Email updates
We send newsletter updates to people who have subscribed or otherwise provided a lawful basis for receiving them. You can unsubscribe using the link in an update or contact us at hamza@wolftechgroups.com.au. We may still send necessary messages about an enquiry, application or service you have requested after you unsubscribe from marketing.
When information may be shared
We may provide relevant information to staff, contractors and service providers who help us deliver requested services or operate our business systems, such as website hosting, email, form processing and recruitment administration.
